We adopt vacuum infiltration method to produce tungsten copper composite, which is up to standard GB/T8320-2003 and ASTM B631.
Tungsten copper rod and tungsten copper plate are used widely in EDM electrodes,resistance welding electrodes, high temperature resistance parts and other industrial fields.
Tungsten copper alloy is pseudo-alloy between tungsten and copper. It has the thermal stability of tungsten and good electrical conductivity of copper. Because different of melting point between tungsten and copper, we can’t use traditional casting process to manufacture the tungsten copper alloy. HOSO’s Tungsten copper adopts these process routes: powder preparation –suppressing – sintering —melt infiltration —-machining. We utilize excellent equipment to produce products , so they are good quality and stable quality.
